Born: August 31, 1937 in Coeburn, VA
Signed: 1956 by the Boston Red Sox
Acquired: traded from the Red Sox with Pumpsie Green and a player to be named later (Al Moran) for Felix Mantilla, December 1962

Died: December 6, 2017 in Kingsport, TN
Tracy's most famous moment in his career came when he served up Roger Maris' 61st home run in 1961. He soon wound up on the fledgling Mets, for whom he lost 20 games in 1964. Not a bad pitcher, just unlucky. He's shown here on his 1964 Topps card; '66 Topps appears below, along with a card commemorating that Maris home run.
