William Alfred Shea
Born: June 21, 1907 in New York, NY
Died: October 3, 1991 in New York, NY
Bill Shea is the man who almost single-handedly brought National League baseball back to New York after the defections of the Dodgers and Giants. He is also, of course, the man whom Shea Stadium was named for. He is shown here delivering a few words at a ceremony in "his" stadium, on a 1989 Baseball Wit card.
This is a list of the Bill Shea cards that I already have in my collection. If you have any cards that are not listed here, and you are willing to donate or trade them, contact me at Rounding Third.
